"It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end." ~ Ernest Hemingway

Step by step through “A step more” the Town of Vrlika in cooperation with their partners boldly continues to actualize their strategic plans by creating sport and adventure content for the development of unique outdoor tourist offer in their town and Dalmatian hinterland.

Team of divers gathered around the main star Lidija Lijic Vulic, extreme athletes, world champion in free diving. Her aim was to dive into the depths of the beautiful spring of the Cetina River – Glavaš in Dalmatian Hinterland. Support of this very dangerous venture was secured by the top cave divers from the association DINARIDI - DDISKF (Association for Research and Recording of Karst Phenomena), the diving club Roniti se mora (“One should dive”) and the underwater photographer virtuoso Božidar Vukičević.

Spring cycling

It is a wonderful spring day, not too hot and not too cold; ideal for a bit of outdoor activities. The chosen tool for the day is bicycle and the discipline is light cross country. Location: Dalmatian hinterland, precisely, the area of the town of Vrlika and Vrlika field. A small exploring team has gathered on the cup of coffee in the centre of small, historical and picturesque town of Vrlika.

Secret bay

It is morning, true summer day on horizon; weather forecasts high temperature, over 30 Celsius degree. It is calm and we are sailing slowly about hour or two; as I would say ''jedrin'' slightly on awnings blown with engine running; the speed range is about 4 knots... the positions is on south side of one beautiful Dalmatian island, we are looking for this position, I know it's there, a standard GPS and auto pilot doesn’t help; according to it I am somewhere in the middle of Gulf of Mexico. But I often do not need to use any navigational instruments cause usualy I'm sailing only along the Dalmatian coast and islands that I know well enough; I do not need to go further when you have everything you need right here… from one bay to another…  in slow motion. Though navionics via I phone tells me that the following bay is the one I’m looking for.
